This means it can be handled and put in place by 1 person. The plastic fence block is around 40% lighter than a concrete footing, but the sophisticated design means it can act as a very stable foundation. This makes it the most stable plastic fence block available. It is with good reason that Heras uses this temporary fencing footing in its own rental park.
